Introduction to the Crushing Production Line flow:

The stone blasted from the mountain is conveyed around the 912 jaw crusher, and then raw ore with particle size less than 500mm sieved by the screen will be conveyed into jaw crusher to have a primary crushing. For ores with a size greater than 500mm, a larger size of jaw crusher can be used for crushing. The broken stone from the jaw crusher is about 150mm-300mm, and they are fed into the cone crusher by vibrating feeder for the second stage crushing. Through the circular vibrating screen, the material is classified and the material larger than the finished product will be returned to the cone crusher to be broken again, and the finished product will be transported to the finished product area by the belt conveyor.
