The Application of the Cement Manufacturing Plant:

The cement manufacturing plant is often used to process cement, cement brick, limestone, calcite. It is widely used in many industries, such as mining, metallurgy, water power, building material, freeway, chemical engineering, etc.

The Process Flow of the Cement Manufacturing Plant:

Overall, to process limestone into cement, there should be 4 processes, including the raw material preparation, coal powder preparation, clinker calcining process, and cement grinding process.

1. Raw Material Preparation.

Natural limestone and clay are crushed by the jaw crusher. The crushed one should be blended according to a certain proportion. Then, after ground by the ball mill, it will be blended into the raw material with proper components and quantity.

2. Coal Powder Preparation.

The coal used to calcine the raw material must be made into coal powder with a certain particle size for the adequate burning.

3. Clinker Calcining Process.

Lime raw material is calcined in the rotary kiln to get lime clinker.

4. Cement Grinding Process.

Some gypsum and additive are added into the clinker, all of which will be mixed and ground into cement then.
